We have a range of packages depending on your circumstances and the services you require, these include fee-share arrangements that mean you only pay for our services when you are generating income, and the more you earn, the lower the percentage fee share becomes. Additionally, we have flexible and ‘pay as you go’ packages for established recruitment businesses that offer complete transparency of pricing and fixed monthly costs. Our contracts vary depending on where in your recruitment journey you are currently – if launching a new recruitment business, we work in partnership with you for an initial 4 year term, though most of our partners stay with us for much longer.

For launching a new recruitment business, typically, it takes around 4 weeks get your business from concept to fully live and operational. You will have a dedicated launch team taking care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
